Our process
We tackle each business or marketing challenge with a curious mind, an expert lens and an ample toolset, combining dozens of tried-and-tested design and innovation frameworks.
All of our projects begin with a deep understanding of customer / user needs. It’s here where we build a strong foundation of client insights, through in-depth immersions, field studies and other qualitative research. We prioritize these customer expectations using quantitative tools and analytics, while also looking at the current and future positioning of the brand in the market.
We then co-create all strategic components, from the brand’s purpose, it’s value proposition, the core values and pillars, to the delivery: differentiated attributes and user benefits, and a relevant customer experience – all working closely with our clients, through a mixture of workshops, co-creation sessions and online tools.
Finally, we use design tools and methods to create unique brand identities, communication prototypes, as well as the the physical elements of the brand (spaces, touchpoints, products), all in alignment with the brand’s value proposition.
