Between 2023 and 2024 we’ve collaborated with Coflex, a LatAm market leader in plumbing supplies and solutions in their first major market diversification effort in years: an innovative approach in domestic water purification.

Water purification is a notoriously complex problem in developing countries, where infrastructure limitations, economic constraints, and environmental factors often converge to create serious public health risks.

We started our project doing a deep customer immersion, trying to gain a first-hand understanding of how middle and lower income homes solve this problem: we mixed field research with user interviews, building a strong set of insights and hypothesis. Later, we validated these hypothesis through a national survey.

This gave us the data necessary to calibrate the value proposition and to design the ideal user experience. We then participated in the visual design of the new brand, by providing the main building blocks for the brand identity and packaging. This was later further developed by PSH, alongside a web app and soail media presence.
