Distrito Paradiso

In 2021 we were approached by one of our recurrent clients to conceptualize and design a mini-district in the heart of Costa de Oro, that would blend retail, dining and quick-stop options catering to 4 specific audiences.

We started the project interviewing future customers, compiling and prioritizing a long list of unmet needs and expectations, that were either non-existent, or hard to fulfill in the surrounding neighbourhood. We complemented this with an international benchmark of unique

The result was a concept of a wadi that comes to life in the desert, an epicenter of restoration and commerce for the weary and a space/platform which would blend a host of curated experiences in the heart of the district (ranging from small concerts, outdoor cinema to book launches). These experiences are surrounded by dining (ranging from fast, to fast-casual to fine-dining), quick refueling (wellness bar, coffee, smart hydration), retail and wellness offerings.
